Information we collect

When you place an order, we collect the information needed to fulfil it: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, city, ordered items and order/tracking details. If you contact customer care, we also keep the information you choose to share in that conversation.

How we use information

We use customer information to process and deliver orders, reserve and manage stock, provide order tracking and support, handle exchanges, prevent misuse or fraud, maintain business records and improve store operations. We do not sell customer information.

Payments

The store currently supports cash on delivery. We therefore do not collect or store payment-card numbers through this website.

Browser storage

Your shopping bag, saved favourites and recently viewed products may be stored locally in your browser so those features continue to work between visits. You can remove those items in the storefront where controls are provided or clear site data through your browser settings.

Hosting, database and media services

The storefront may use infrastructure providers such as Vercel for application hosting, MongoDB Atlas for production data, and an object-storage/CDN provider for product and editorial media. These providers process information only as needed to provide their services and are subject to their own security and privacy terms.

How long information is kept

Order information is retained for operational, support and record-keeping needs. Cancelled order tracking records are automatically removed from the storefront database after 14 days under the store’s current order-retention workflow. Other records may be retained longer when reasonably needed for fulfilment, disputes, legal obligations or legitimate business records.

Security

We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards appropriate to the store, including protected administrative access and restricted production configuration. No internet service can guarantee absolute security, so customers should avoid sending unnecessary sensitive information through free-text fields or support messages.
